Step 1: Register on the Passport Seva Portal for a new passport or re-issue. Step 2: Log in to your account. Step 3: Download the e-Form. Step 4: Fill the e-form and click “Validate and Save.” Step 5: Save the XML file that is created. Step 6: Upload the file and click “Pay and Schedule Appointment.” Step 7: Choose your nearest Passport Seva Kendra (PSK). Step 8: Pay online and print the receipt.
