1. 48-Hour Transit Visa: Valid for 48 hours from arrival. Requires confirmed onward ticket. Non-extendable.
2. 96-Hour Transit Visa: Valid for up to 96 hours. Also requires onward travel proof. The fees vary and are set by the issuing authority or airport/airline.  

3. Visa on Arrival (2025 Update for Indian Citizens)

1. Status: Announced / Approved in principle, expected to be launched perhaps late 2025 or early 2026.
2. Details pending: Duration, cost, eligibility rules are not yet fully confirmed. It’s being planned to allow travel to multiple GCC countries under one visa.

1. If you have invested in an investment fund, you will be issued with a Golden Visa for a period of ten years without any sponsor.
2. You need to submit a letter from the UAE accredited investment fund. You have to state that the investor has deposited two million AED. Or you can submit a valid commercial or industrial license as well as a memorandum of association. Also, you have to state that inventor's minimum capital should be two million AED.
3. You have to submit a letter issued by the Federal Tax Authority where you have to state that the investors pay a minimum of AED 2,50,000 to the government every year.
4. Apart from this, an individual should own a invested capital and present a proof of medical insurance.

Real Estate Investment Opportunities in the UAE

1. Golden Visa for real estate investors will be granted for five years.
2. You must present a letter from the land department attesting to your ownership of one or more properties in order to do this. It must be worth at least AED 2 million.

If you match the following criteria, you will be granted a ten-year Golden Visa for skilled specialised talents such as doctors, scientists, sports, and engineers.

1. An approval letter from the Ministry of Health and Prevention in the UAE.
2. A recommendation letter from Emirates Council of Scientists which should mention that the applicant is awarded the Medal of Scientific Excellence.
